A few weeks back (it seems like I always forget dates huhu), our Fashion Design class went on a mini field trip where we discovered a true gem in the arts industry. The late Badong Bernal was gifted in both set designing and costume-making. He truly made a mark in the Philippine history of plays and I'm glad that we were able to see his designs up-close!
My Fashion Design-Crochet-Thrift shop-DIY buddy, Ida and I opted to wear skirts although the usual outfit we'd be required to wear during a school-related field trip would be a top and a pair of pants. (Ooh, rebels)
CREEPERS! I've always wanted a pair of black ones and luckily, I found one at our local thrift store for less than Php 300!!
It's a tradition for me to twirl around when I'm wearing a fluffy skirt.
Thrifted batwing cardigan | Cream top from Pink Manila | Pink tutu skirt | Pink socks from Topshop | Thrifted Black creepers | Bag from Fievre
I wore the black creepers because wearing a girly pair of shoes would just make me look girly....-er. Do you guys like the contrast?
